We conduct multiple levels of screening on potential tenants: credit check, work and salary verification, rental history, public records (bankruptcy, foreclosure, collection, liens), and state/national criminal background checks. We don’t believe in the revolving door method to filling vacancies …. we carefully select the right tenant resulting in reduced vacancies, lower turnover, and fewer tenant payment issues.

• We are a technology based company allowing our business to work for you 24 x 7 x 365!   We offer you access to your property records through our Owner Portal where you can review monthly and year to date reports, review and approve maintenance requests, and converse with our staff. We also leverage a suite of online services to market your home….Local MLS, Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, Craigslist and approximately 25 other online rental sites.

• Should your property ever need updating, our property maintenance & preservation company, StoneWright Home Services, LLC, can handle anything from maintenance repairs, simple updates, or complete property remodels. We also offer discounted maintenance rates to our full service property management clients.

• Most importantly…..we treat your investment as if it were one of our own!  We personally show each home to prospective tenants or we place key boxes on doors during vacancies so our partner realtors can also show your home. We do not allow homes to be shown unattended.
